Rob Ninker has been named vice president, Global Market Access Acquisition Strategy, reporting to Johannes zu Eltz, vice president, Global Market Access, effective October 1. In this newly created role, our intent is to focus and prioritize our market access strategy and deployment with all existing and future acquisitions. Our goal is to accelerate our inorganic growth and annual recurring revenue streams, to be more inclusive of our partnership strategies. Rob will lead the acquisition strategy for market access planning, success targets, resourcing, and execution across all regions. With Rob’s extensive leadership experience at our company, he will continue to build relationships and collaborate with business and commercial acquisition leads and the Corporate Development team focused on market access.
We are pleased to welcome Javier Camacho to Rockwell Automation as marketing director, Americas.
He will be based in Miami, Florida. Reporting to Gina Claxton, Javier will manage the regional marketing team and will work collaboratively with Regional Sales & Marketing. He will focus on delivering regional insights, strategy and execution of regional industry and portfolio demand generation. He will also drive program execution in alignment with global and regional plans and will leverage the Marketing centers of excellence. Javier brings both startup and large enterprise experience to help us transform and accelerate the marketing mission at Rockwell Automation. Most recently, Javier was a vice president for channel strategy, programs and enablement at UBICQUIA. Before that role, he transformed the field marketing organization at Cisco into an omnichannel, digital-savvy team that increased engagement with customers and partners by 300% and generated more than $3 billion in leads over three years.
Axel Rodriguez has been appointed to lead all the Cybersecurity Partnerships.
He’s based in Westford, Massachusetts. Reporting to Kevin Davenport, Axel will be responsible for the relationship with our Cybersecurity partners (excluding Cisco). His focus will be on enabling faster growth, creating repeatable frameworks for collaboration, and supporting the needs of the businesses to develop and offer robust and innovative solutions for our customers. Axel brings extensive experience within Rockwell Automation, where he has held multiple roles in sales, commercial marketing, product management and market access. Most recently, Axel was leading the PTC partnership where he supported and enabled tripling the partnership ARR within two years. Before that role, he spent almost 10 years in product management in the Software and Control and Sensing, Safety and Connectivity businesses.
